Balance Work Session

A perfect combination of 30 minutes of full body circuit training and 30 minutes of alignment yoga. Sessions are tapered accorded to what is needed in your body that day. Training can help get the energy moving, the blood flowing, build strength and endurance. While yoga brings the physical and energy body into alignment. After a good sweat the session transitions to the yoga mat. The practice of yoga will meet you where you are at; may it be enlivening prana energy to fuel transformation or calming the nervous system after a busy days. Leaving you feeling good and the best version of yourself.

Personal Training

Work one on one with a movement practitioner to achieve your fitness and wellness goals through the most efficient and effective means. We work with a range of levels from someone who is new to the gym to athletes training for a specific event. Balance Works practitioner's are certified personal trainers and yoga teachers. Balance Works trainers stay current with fitness and yoga education to have the tools to address the specific needs of each client.

Private Yoga

Ever had questions about a specific pose at a yoga class, but didn't get a chance to ask the teacher? Or are you nervous to go to yoga studio? Working one on one with a certified yoga teacher ensures that you are practicing proper techniques and alignment. You can learn the postures at your own pace. You can address specific injury or recovery needs.


High intensity and fun workouts while learning the fundamentals of boxing techniques.

Partner Training

Train with a friend or a co-worker who is around a similar fitness level. Push each others beyond what you thought was possible. Work together to keep the energy high and the atmosphere fun. Any of the sessions listed above can be done as a Partner session.

The sessions listed above have the option to run 30 or 60 minutes in duration
